SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We require someone with the following awesome attributes:
• Frontline experience ideally in the Tourism Industry - selling of products
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work and think well under pressure and show initiative
• Administrative experience - payments, cash ups etc.
• 1+ Years of customer service and phone experience
• Excellent English skills both verbal and written
• Competent computer skills with ability to adapt in a growing business
• Positive and happy attitude
• To work well in a team environment and alone as required
• Excellent organisations skills in co-ordinating daily logistics
• Processing bookings via phone, email and in person
