Minimum and Maximum Hours Per Week: 30-50 hours
What are you be doing?
Overseeing the daily functioning of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
Staff Management – Seeking, hiring and training staff to provide high levels of service, as well as preparing and managing shift rosters
Stock Control and Inventory Management - Monitor/maintain inventory levels by ensuring food storage and handling protocols are adhered to at all times to minimise waste and cost
Monitor sales, payroll, and operating costs to meet financial targets.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace regulations.
Resolve customer enquiries and service issues effectively.
Marketing and Promotional activities which benefit the restaurant as well as our local community
Liaise with the Head Chef on menu planning and service coordination.
From time to time and when necessary, working on the restaurant floor, taking orders, delivering meals and following up with customer feedback
What will you bring?
At least a Bachelor's degree or above qualification or
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in restaurant or hospitality management.;
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Financial literacy, including payroll and budget management.
Knowledge of health and safety, and food hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be physically fit and be able to clear police checks.
Be prepared to work split shifts as well as evenings and weekends
