We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scaffolder to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to take on responsibility in scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling.

Key Responsibilities

As a Scaffolder, you will:

  • Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding structures on residential, commercial, and industrial sites

  • Measure, cut, and position tubes, boards, and fittings to build secure platforms

  • Install guard rails, toe boards, and access systems in line with site requirements

  • Inspect scaffolds to identify hazards, defects, or required repairs

  • Operate scaffolding tools, lifting gear, and equipment safely and responsibly

  • Work effectively with site managers, trades, and labourers to meet project deadlines

  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area and ensure gear is stored securely at the end of each day

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ scaffolding experience (residential, commercial, or industrial)

  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team

  • Practical, safety-focused mindset with attention to detail

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour (depending on experience)

  • Full-time permanent role with 40 guaranteed hours per week
