We are seeking experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding service.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the operations of your property portfolio

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, lease agreements and maintenance requirements

Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, and build trusting relationships

Address tenant concerns, complaints and requests promptly and professionally

Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs in a timely manner

Market vacant properties and manage the tenancy application process

Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, including lease renewals, rents, and eviction process

Stay up to date with laws and regulations

Mitigate risks and liabilities by identifying and resolving potential issues proactively

Maintain accurate property and financial records

 

Skills Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in management, business, marketing or a related filed

Proven experience in property management is preferred

Strong knowledge of New Zealand tenancy legislation and property compliance requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented

Strong time management and organizational skills

Able to work under pressure with the ability to handle multiple tasks

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

A current driver licence is essential

 

What We Offer and How to Apply

We offer a full-time job with minimum 30 hours per week, with wage range from $30 - $40 depending on experience and skills.
