Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of experience
    Or

  • Qualification Level 4 or higher

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hair cutting, trimming, shaving, and grooming services to clients.

  • Consult with clients to determine hair and grooming preferences.

  • Style hair using scissors, clippers, razors, and other tools.

  • Maintain hygiene and sanitation of all barbering tools and workstations.

  • Advise clients on hair care, grooming products, and styling techniques.

  • Keep accurate records of appointments and services when required.

  • Ensure stock levels of barbering products and assist with ordering supplies.

  • Adhere to workplace health & safety and hygiene standards at all times.

  • Monitor and minimise product wastage.

  • Train and mentor junior staff in barbering techniques and customer service.

  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Report operational issues, client feedback, and stock usage to management.
