About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our store. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong people management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.

  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve targets.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory.

  • Handle rostering, staff performance, and recruitment when required.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries.

  • Prepare reports, manage budgets, and achieve sales targets.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Relevant experience, Preferred or Relevant Qualification, Preferred.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

What We Offer:

  • Salary - $25 To $35 Per hour and 30 to 40 Hours per week.
