Your Role:
As a Carpet & Vinyl Installer, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately measuring, cutting, and installing a range of flooring products.
  • Preparing subfloors to ensure a perfect finish.
  • Installing carpet and vinyl (sheet and tile), including coved vinyl where required.
  • Reading and interpreting plans and job specifications.
  • Working independently and alongside a team to meet deadlines.
  • Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety on every job.
  • Interacting professionally with clients and team members.


What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of sound experience as a floor installer.
  • Proven experience in flooring installation, especially carpet and vinyl.
  • Skills in coved vinyl installation are a strong advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver a high-quality finish.
  • Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.
  • Good time management and the ability to work independently.
  • A full or restricted clean driver’s license.
  • A commitment to safe work practices and a tidy work ethic.
