Experienced Property Manager required 

We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Property Manager to join our team. We are a boutique Property management company with portfolio across the Greater Auckland. We also have blocks of units that we manage in the Bay of Plenty. 

Prefer Property Management experience & Strong focus on sales and growth.

Candidate is required to be able to drive between Auckland and Rotorua.

 Skill set

Full NZ Drivers Licence

Ability to drive long distance

Speak fluent English and Hindu would be an advantage

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Computer literacy (experience with Palace software will be highly regarded)  

We need someone with proven Property Management experience

A high level of personal presentation and professionalism

Ability to build and grow their portfolio

Strong organisational and time management skills
