Dubusiness Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics Manager to join our team and lead the coordination of our supply chain operations. We are a growing company dedicated to efficiency, reliability, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, train, and support logistics staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Prepare reports and analyse data to improve performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven at least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
