Position Available: Business Manager (Cleaning Industry)

Pay Rate: $50.35 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience
OR - Level 4 or higher qualification
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of cleaning contracts across multiple sites.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Supervise team leaders and cleaning staff, including rostering, performance management, and training.
- Liaise with clients to ensure service standards are met and address any concerns or feedback.
- Monitor compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and employment regulations.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation across contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of staff, site audits, and operational performance.
- Coordinate procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Prepare reports for senior management on business performance, staffing, and client retention.
- Support business development initiatives and assist with tender submissions.
- Ensure continuous improvement in operational processes and service quality.
