Position Available: Business Manager (Cleaning Industry)

Pay Rate: $50.35 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of experience
    OR
  • Level 4 or higher qualification

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of cleaning contracts across multiple sites.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Supervise team leaders and cleaning staff, including rostering, performance management, and training.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure service standards are met and address any concerns or feedback.
  • Monitor compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and employment regulations.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation across contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff, site audits, and operational performance.
  • Coordinate procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on business performance, staffing, and client retention.
  • Support business development initiatives and assist with tender submissions.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in operational processes and service quality.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and uphold company values.
