RESTATE Property Restoration is New Zealand’s best, and growing property restoration networks. We’re looking for a motivated, resourceful person with management experience (any industry) to coordinate our Auckland operation. You’ll be mentored by two highly experienced owners and work alongside an Operations Manager, with full training and support to ensure your success in this specialised field.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities across the Auckland team.

  • Support estimating and quoting processes for restoration projects.

  • Oversee key business functions such as marketing, recruitment and workflow improvement.

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to align team performance and client outcomes.

  • Implement systems and initiatives that enhance growth and efficiency.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven leadership or management experience (any industry).

  • A proactive, self-motivated learner with a “get things done” attitude.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Comfortable juggling varied tasks with guidance and training available.
