Reflexologist

Our company is currently seeking reliable, full-time Reflexologists to join our Auckland team.
This role starts at a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours. The starting rate is between $25 to $35 per hour, depending on skills and qualifications. In this position, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of health and wellness-related tasks, including:

• Use natural reflexology techniques and diagnostic methods for treatment, relaxation, and overall health purposes.
• Assess clients’ conditions and identify areas of imbalance through foot, hand, or ear reflex zones.
• Provide reflexology sessions tailored to individual client needs for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and progress notes.
• Educate clients on the benefits of reflexology and provide basic lifestyle or wellness advice where appropriate.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client care throughout all treatments.
• Collaborate with other staff to deliver a positive and holistic customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. One-year proven experience as a reflexologist or in a related therapeutic field. Alternatively, a recognized qualification.
2. Warm and professional demeanor with excellent attention to detail.
3. Strong understanding of health procedures and ability to adhere to industry guidelines.
4. Reliable, organized, and able to manage appointments efficiently.
5. Flexibility to work rostered shifts (9.00-19.00), including weekends and public holidays.
6. Clear criminal record and drug testing is required.
