Position Available: Business Sales Consultant

Pay Rate: $25 – $30 per hour 
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
    OR
  • Level 2 or higher qualification

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with small and medium business clients to understand their telecommunication needs.
  • Promote and sell mobile plans, broadband services, cloud solutions, and IT services.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and manage ongoing account support.
  • Conduct client meetings to assess business requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay updated with 2degrees product offerings and industry trends.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
  • Provide post-sales support and resolve client queries professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and networking events to attract new clients.
  • Report regularly to management on sales performance and client feedback.
