Painter

aint and Plaster Pro ltd., is looking for 1 professional painter to delivery excellent residential, commercial and plastering to our clients in Auckland region. 

Suitable applicant will be paid at between $30 - $35 per hour and required to work for minimum of 40 hours per week . 

You will be responsible for the following tasks : 

• Painter to set scafolding and ladder at side.
• Help with assistant painters to move furnitures and other home devices at site and cover those up. 
• Scrap, strip old paint by chemical with wearing protection. 
• Prepare filling crasks and holes by supplied materials or plastering . 
• Sanding ceilings, walls, windows, doors, + frames, facials, soffits, skirtings. 
• Paint primer surfaces according to instructions with various tools . 
• Painting ceilings , walls, skirtings , doors, frames with topcoat paintto make sure the surfaces are smooth and no patchy. 
• Checking the paint correctly before applying on the surfaces.
• Climb high areas scafolding, so you mush take and adhere to all health and safe precautions. 
• Clean everyday end of the day, and doing final cleaning and move all the covers and rubbish after finish the job. 
• Be responsible other duties the employer reasonably may require emplyee to perform
• Suitable applicant mush have a minimum 2 years relevant work experience. 
• You mush be healthy and fitness and pass drug and alcohol test . 
• You mush be able to work weekends and late evenings.
