- Certificate III in Roof Plumbing and Roof Plumbing Registration
- 7–10 years of hands-on roof plumbing experience
- Proven leadership skills — able to lead, motivate, and mentor crews
- Confidence to manage jobs, make calls on site, and ensure safety and quality
- Strong communicator who can work with both team and management
