  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the real estate sector.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, including setting sales targets, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training to enhance their professional skills and sales capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the real estate industry, exploring potential business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify market opportunities and challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and client acquisition to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, project management, and customer service to ensure coordinated efforts in achieving sales goals and delivering high-quality services to clients.

  • Proven Track Record: 10+ years in sales management, with a history of exceeding targets. Experience scaling sales ops and driving revenue in competitive markets.​
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop/execute sales strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging market trends to identify opportunities and optimize results.​
  • Team Management: Expertise in building, training, and leading high-performance sales teams; recruiting talent, managing performance, and fostering a results-driven culture.​
  • Client Relations: Success in managing key client/stakeholder relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high satisfaction/loyalty.​
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of sales metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; using data to drive profitability.​
