We’re on the lookout for an experienced Automotive Electrician to join our crew in East Tamaki. If you’re skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems across a variety of vehicles and equipment — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems across a wide range of vehicles and industrial equipment

  • Installing and upgrading electrical components to meet safety and performance standards

  • Carrying out preventative maintenance to keep the fleet reliable and compliant

  • Troubleshooting complex faults using diagnostic tools and equipment

  • Working on trucks, trailers, specialised machinery, and some hybrid or alternative-fuel vehicles

  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to minimise downtime and improve efficiency

  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring all work follows health and safety regulations

  • Occasionally providing on-site support to quickly resolve breakdowns

What We’re Looking For

  • Trade-qualified Auto Electrician (NZQA Level 4 or equivalent)

  • Hands-on experience with heavy vehicles, plant, or industrial machinery

  • Sharp diagnostic and fault-finding skills – the go-to problem solver

  • A true team player with a great attitude and a focus on safety and reliability
