Shine Magic Touch, one of Hamilton’s most loved beauty and hair salon brands, is expanding! With two branches in Rototuna and Dinsdale, we are seeking three skilled and passionate Hairdressers to join our growing team. This role requires either a minimum of 1-2 years’ hairdressing experience or a relevant qualification (as per Immigration NZ requirements). Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, highlighting, treatments, and styling.

  • Offer expert advice on haircare and recommend products/treatments.

  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in the salon.

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience while building strong client relationships.

  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative and professional team.

Requirements (Immigration Compliant)

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ hairdressing experience OR

  • Relevant hairdressing qualification (NZ or overseas equivalent).

  • Strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.

  • Good knowledge of current hair trends and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
