Are you a skilled and passionate painter looking to join a professional and dynamic team? House Painting 99 Ltd , an Auckland based construction company is seeking 3 experienced painters to help us deliver top-quality residential and commercial painting services.

Your duties will include:

  • Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, or filling holes.
  • Applying paint, varnish, or other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Mixing and matching paint colors to meet customer specifications.
  • Ensuring proper protection of surfaces such as furniture, floors, and fixtures during the painting process.
  • Following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including proper care of tools and equipment.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

 

Requirements:

  • Have a relevant NZQF level 4 qualification or higher, or have at least 2 years of relevant work experience. No special major is required if a candidate holds a bachelor's degree. 
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
  • On-the-job training may be required.
