Position purpose To help produce product from raw materials under the guidance of the Production Manager. Lifting of items 10-25 kg is part of this role. You must be physically fit with no pre existing injury issues that could affect your performance.
Main tasks Core objectives include:
• Production of recipes:
o Flaking
o Mincing
o Blending
• Handling of raw meat by retrieving and replacing product into the freezer
• Operation of bandsaw
• Packing of product
• Labelling of product
• Interaction with customers
