HERO INTERNATIONAL LTD seeks  Bricklayers. 

·         Understand building plans and drawings to determine materials dimensions and installation procedures.

·         Laying bricks in rows designs and shapes and spreading mortar between joints.

·         Embedding blocks in mortar and removing excess mortar.

·         Checking vertical and horizontal alignment.

·         Cutting shaping and polishing stones and bricks using machines and hand tools and shaping bricks to fit irregular spaces.

·         Repairing and maintaining bricks cement blocks and related structures.

·         Designing and cutting monumental masonry and lettering.

·         Constructing walls using stone slabs and large masonry slab blocks.

Suitable candidates should have:

·         At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same field or a relevant NZQF level 4 qualification or above, may substitute for the work experience.

·        Having good knowledge of Health and Safety Requirements.

·        Be able to pass random drug and alcohol tests should need to be.

·         Be physically fit.
