HERO INTERNATIONAL LTD seeks Carpenters. 

 Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Studying building plans and drawings to determine materials dimensions and installation procedures.
• Planning ordering and selecting timbers and materials and preparing layouts.
• Measuring and cutting materials to the right size and shape.
• Assembling and nailing the prepared wood parts to form structures and fittings.
• Erecting and installing wall roof staircases and window framing and boards.
• Nailing fascia panels sheathing roofs and fitting exterior wall cladding and door and window frames.
• Constructing building frames and installing cladding on the inside and outside of buildings.
• Removing and repairing existing fittings.

Suitable candidates should have:

·         At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same field or a relevant NZQF level 4 qualification or above, may substitute for the work experience.

·        Having good knowledge of Health and Safety Requirements.

·        Be able to pass random drug and alcohol tests should need to be.

·        Be physically fit.
