Experienced Rigger Wanted

We’re looking for competent and experienced Riggers who are confident working with lift plans, rigging gear, and crane operations. You’ll need to have solid industry experience, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to communicate clearly with operators and site teams. Type: Full-Time (minimum 30 hours per week)

Wage Range: $30-$35 per hour (depending on experience)

Location: Auckland

Key Responsibilities:

- Rigging and slinging loads for cranes and lifting equipment

- Identify and report defects with lifting and rigging equipment

- Setting up, inspecting, and maintaining rigging gear and lifting equipment

- Keep work areas safe, tidy, and compliant with site rules

- Communicate clearly with crane operators, supervisors and clients

- Help maintain high safety standards on every lift and every site

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

- At least 3 years relevant industry experience

- Solid understanding of lift plans, site hazards and best practices

- Full NZ driver’s licence

- Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills

- Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to safety

- Clear pre-employment drug & alcohol test

- Dogman / Rigging certification (Unit Standards 30072, 3789, or equivalent)
