The Role:  

This hands-on position plays an important part in the Sampling Department, coordinating the process of delivering product samples to clients.

We are seeking an upbeat, process-driven individual with initiative, excellent time management, and the confidence to take ownership of this fast-paced role. You’ll be joining a dedicated and friendly team who work hard, support each other, and have fun along the way.


Duties:

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch sample cuttings

  • Manage incoming calls from the sales team and clients, and arrange samples to be sent via courier or post

  • Provide showroom support during staff breaks or absences

  • Order stock from the warehouse to fulfil online requests and replenish sample cubbies

  • Liaise with Australia to order cuttings as required

  • Manage FedEx shipments and coordinate international courier services

  • Track and trace undelivered parcels

  • Order courier bags and tickets for showrooms and the sampling department

  • Process dispatch notes for outbound samples

  • Action daily email cutting requests and weekly showroom requests

  • Maintain stock levels and ensure cubbies are up to date

  • Conduct stocktakes when required

  • Update the CRM system when sending samples for Commercial reps

  • Send price lists and catalogues to clients

  • Provide general support to the Sampling team
     

About you:

  • Highly organised, reliable, with a strong “can-do” attitude

  • Professional, mature, and hardworking

  • Comfortable working in a busy, multi-tasking environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

  • Physically capable of some assisted heavy lifting

  • Previous experience in textiles, logistics, production, or customer service would be an advantage

Hours: Mon- Friday – 8:30am- 5pm.
