About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance/Flashing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high quality flashing, guttering and waterproofing solutions across a variety of projects. Your expertise will contribute to the weather-tightness and durability of buildings while ensuring compliance with industry standards.


Pay Rate:

$34 - $43 per hour (based on experience)

Work Vehicle and fuel is included.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair flashings, gutters, downpipes and associated plumbing systems
  • Apply waterproofing membranes (both sheet and liquid applied)
  • Ensure all work meets high workmanship standards and complies with building codes
  • Collaborate with site teams and other trades to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain health and safety standards on-site
  • Keep work areas clean and organized


 

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a plumber, flashing installer, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of waterproofing techniques and systems
  • Clear English communication skills (essential for site safety and coordination)
  • New Zealand work experience preferred, or strong international experience in a similar field
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Full NZ Driver's license is an advantage
