We are looking for a skilled Specialist Tractor Driver, this is a permanent full-time opportunity with minimum of 40 hours/week.
 

What’s the opportunity?

  • Manage and maintain specialist agricultural equipment;
  • Operate machinery with careful skill and confidence
  • Duties include but are not limited to, Mowing, Baling, Raking, Drilling, Silage pit stacking, combining.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Full Class 2 driver's licence or ready to obtain one 

  • Demonstrated experience of at least two years working with modern software in Tractors;

  • A top communicator who can work alongside clients, subbies, and the crew;

  • Physically fit to climb stairs and/or access machinery where possible;

  • A self-starter with a “let’s get it done” attitude;

  • Someone who can roll with the punches and go with the flow — things change fast around here;

  • An overall good human - Positive, down-to-earth, and always ready for a laugh;

  • Excellent time management skills.
