Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of formwork carpentry to a high standard
  • Set out and work with levels and measurements with precision
  • Interpret and work from construction plans an d drawings
  • Prepare and pour concrete foundations and floors
  • Install damp proof membranes and slab edge formwork
  • Construct and install in-situ columns, beans and use formwork systems
  • Erect precast wall panels and install suspended slabs, including: Precast unislabs, Precast ribs
  • Operate safely in environments with crane activity


 

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in formwork carpentry
  • Solid understanding of construction plans and specifications
  • Proven experience in concrete placement and finishing
  • Strong physical fitness and ability to handle manual labour
  • Experience working with various formwork systems and techniques
  • Comfortable working at heights and around heavy equipment
  • Site Safe Certification
