We are a small consulting company based in the Warkworth area. You will be working with / supporting directly the principal consultant and external specialists, supporting clients across both domestic and international markets. Our work is precise, critical, and execution-focused.

 

About the Role

We are seeking a Web Developer with potential for promotion for a right fit. This is a junior position, but not an entry-level role. Candidates must bring proven real-world experience and the ability to contribute from day one. Strong technical knowledge, rapid integration, effective collaboration, and clear communication are essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain websites using programming languages, frameworks, and tools aligned with user and client requirements.
• Design digital assets (e.g., images, video) as required.
• Ensure website stability, performance, and functionality.
• Collaborate with professionals, clients, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive projects to completion.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

 

The successful candidate will deliver:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency with Django and Next.js.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills.
• Adaptability under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Forward-thinking, with an interest in industry and technology trends.
• Strong team collaboration skills with a solutions-focused mindset.

Salary: NZD $80,000–$100,000, depending on skills and experience.

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week.

Location: North Auckland (Warkworth area).
