Member of our commercial cleaning team to undertake general housekeeping and cleaning duties

Attend our client’s premises (commercial and office) to provide cleaning services, alone or with other team members, as directed by your Manager/Supervisor or Director.

Responsibilities include all day-to-day aspects of cleaning in public and private offices, assessing maintenance needs and liaising with Line Manager.

  • ·      All aspects of the cleaning and housekeeping, including public and private, staff areas and all internal areas, and agreed restricted external areas (e.g. front door area) working within the team who perform these roles
  • ·       Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and public area – to include disinfecting and sanitizing the toilet/bathroom and kitchen areas, polishing, vacuuming the carpets, mopping/cleaning floors and removing rubbish/waste.
  • ·       Ensuring compliance to sanitation, hygiene, health and safety legislation and organisational and quality requirements and working policies and procedures.
  • ·       Cleaning hard floor with scrubber and dryer machine. Always treat our clients’ premises with respect.
  • ·       Understand that commercial premises may contain confidential paperwork etc and to deal with this as directed by your Manager or supervisor.
  • ·       Liaising with the line manager or Supervisor to ensure that you always have sufficient cleaning products.
  • ·       Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
  • ·       Informing the supervisor or manager of repairs that need to be done.
  • ·       Assist the supervisor with meeting the standards for quality management of cleaning.
  • ·       Assist the supervisor to investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures.
