Based on the current workload, we are looking for experienced façade installer to join our team.

About the role:

  • Auckland based full time job

  • Guaranteed minimum 30 hours each week

  • Hourly rate between $30-$32 depending on experience

Job description:

As a Facade Installer, you will be responsible for helping deliver high-quality facade and glazing installations on commercial and residential building projects.

Your key duties will include:

  • Installing a range of façade systems, including rainscreen panels, curtain walls, shopfronts, windows, and glass structures.

  • Measuring, cutting, and preparing glass and panel components according to drawings and site requirements.

  • Fitting and sealing glass and panel units into frames, ensuring they meet safety, structural, and visual standards.

  • Working closely with other trades and subcontractors to plan and complete work efficiently and on time.

  • Supporting the site team to achieve smooth project delivery and maintain a safe, tidy work environment.

  • Assisting with the supervision and training of apprentices when required.

  • Using your skills and experience to identify and fix issues early, helping reduce rework and maintain quality standards.

About yourself:

  • Hard working with the right attitude

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to talk to clients

  • Has a health and safety focus

  • At least 2 year proven relevant experience or a NZQF Level 4 qualification or higher.

  • Be physically fit and healthy.

  • The ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised
