The role:

  • Replenishing stock onto the shelves and racking quickly and efficiently to keep up with demand.
  • Accurately putting away incoming stock deliveries.
  • Maintaining a tidy and orderly chiller storage area.
  • Ensuring stock rotation is carried out to minimise waste (FIFO - First In, First Out).
  • Ensure product is stored safely at all times.
  • Assist with general warehouse functions.

The person:

Our ideal candidate will have: 

  • Must have a year of experience in a Warehouse or Logistics environment working with chillers.
  • Must have Forklift/Bendi License.
  • Must be able to work in a Chiller environment.
  • No criminal convictions related to harm, theft or drugs
  • May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Be physically strong and fit; the job involves hand loading and hoist work.
  • Basic English and numerical literacy
  • Scanning and Computer skills are advantageous
  • A self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision- you will own this role.
  • Have reasonably good reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
  • You will be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg.
  • Be extremely reliable, a proven record of exceptional attendance in all previous work.
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Must have reliable transport.
