We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to lead the operations of our busy hair and beauty salon. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the beauty industry and strong leadership skills to deliver an outstanding client experience. It is a full-time permanent role with a minimum guaranteed 30 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth running of all hair and beauty services.
 Manage product selection and stock levels for professional salon products, haircare, skincare, and beauty treatments.
 Set and maintain high service standards, ensuring every client leaves feeling valued and pampered.
 Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new clients and retain loyal ones.
 Advise clients on professional haircare and beauty products, supporting both sales and aftercare.
 Maintain accurate records of retail stock, treatment usage, and financial transactions.
 Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring salon performance against targets.
 Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of stylists, beauticians, and support staff.
 Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards, creating a clean and safe environment for staff and clients.

About You:
Must hold three years of relevant work experience OR a minimum Level 5 qualification.
 Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
 Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
 Knowledge of current hair, beauty, and wellness trends.
 Business-minded, with experience in sales, budgeting, and marketing.
