We are a busy and friendly café offering a range of freshly made food  and bakery items. We take pride in delivering high-quality meals and exceptional service to our customers. We are now looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality café-style meal and desserts.

  • Plan, create, and present menu items in line with the café’s standards.

  • Prepare pastries, cakes, and other baked items daily.

  • Manage food preparation, portioning, and presentation.

  • Ensure all food is prepared safely and hygienically following health and safety standards.

  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies.

  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and utensils.

  • Assist with menu development and seasonal specials.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Relevant 3 years’ experience or level 4 certificate qualification

  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert presentation.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
