We are currently recruiting for permanent roles to join our Christchurch construction teams.

Due to our solid forward civil work program, we will be growing and require Machine Operators with attributes that include:

  • Skilled on a range of civil earthmoving equipment (diggers, graders, rollers, dozers).
  • Individuals with motor scrapper experience will be favoured.
  • A proven knowledge of health and safety standards and systems on civil projects.
  • Skilled at tidy finishing but also knows about maintaining a productive output.
  • Can work the hours to get the results without damaging the gear.
