We are looking for a full time and permanent, hard-working and reliable Operations Manager tp work in Auckland. You will be required to work minimum 30 hours to maximum 45 hours from Monday-Saturday from 6AM to 8PM. We need someone who is willing to commit to our company and is prepared to take the responsibility and run with it.

 

Job Responsibilities

·        Plan and manage delivery schedules or transport routes

·        Ensure compliance with safety and emission standards

·        Create work schedules and manage shift allocations

·        Monitor operational budgets and control costs

·        Generate performance and delivery reports

·        Ensure a high level of service and satisfaction

·        Maintain relationships with key clients or vendors

·        Handle employees’ complaints in an ethical manner.

·        Ensure compliance of health and safety regulations.

·        To be successful you must have at least 2 years of relevant industry work experience or at least level 5 or higher diploma qualification (Subject area flexible)

·        Should have available for weekends and Public Holidays

·        Good communication skills

·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·        Can pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test

 

Salary can be negotiated as per your proven experience level; it will range from $28 to $35 per hour.
