E-Commerce Platform Developer/IT technician

Gotcha is a retail brand specializing in trendy cultural and creative products with surprise experiences, dedicated to offering consumers a diverse range of products that integrate fun, collectability, and lifestyle elements. After one year of operation, our business has enter quickly expanding period.

We are in plan of growing our business and develop both online platform and opening more physical shops on both North and South Island. We are seeking a qualified E-Commerce Platform Developer/IT technician to job our team.

The main job duties include:

• Building  and maintaining Gotcha’s official online store, integrating product catalogs, promotions, and payment systems.
• Using SSM (Java Spring + MyBatis) skills and front-end expertise to create responsive web interfaces.
• Collaborating with marketing and inventory teams to synchronize online and store data
• Applying R and Python for consumer behavior analytics, sales forecasting, and loyalty tracking.
• Generating dashboards to help Gotcha understand product performance and optimize inventory and marketing campaigns.
• Linking POS and inventory systems between physical stores and the online shop.
• Managing database integration and back-office automation.
• Overseeing technical support and continuous improvement of Gotcha’s digital infrastructure

 Required qualification, skills and experience 

•  Bachelor or above degree qualification in areas of Information Technology and Systems/ Data Science
• Strong sense of Cyber Security and data science skills
• Any experience of designing information management system is preferable
•  Have a passion for Gotcha’s IP culture

Working Place, hours, Wages Level

Work location: Auckland New Zealand

Woking hours: standard 40 hours

Hour rate: NZD33-38 depending on skills and experience
