The role is responsible for delivering a range of professional beauty treatments to enhance the appearance and well-being of clients, including performing facial therapies, body treatments, skin-care consultations, and massage services, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and client care. It also involves providing product recommendations, staying updated on the latest beauty trends and technologies, and ensuring clients receive a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that reflects the salon’s commitment to quality and excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Provide facial treatments, skin analyses, and customized skincare services based on client needs.
•    Perform body treatments such as exfoliation, body wraps, and relaxation or therapeutic massages.
•    Carry out hair removal services including waxing, threading, or electrolysis.
•    Deliver manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, polishing, and hand or foot massage.
•    Apply make-up and offer advice on skincare and cosmetic products.
•    Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized treatment area and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards.
•    Consult with clients to identify their concerns, explain available services, and develop personalized treatment plans.
•    Stay informed about new beauty products, technologies, and treatment techniques.
•    Maintain accurate records of client treatments and product sales.

Requirements
•    At least 3 years of relevant experience in beauty therapy or a related field.
•    Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a related discipline is an advantage.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
•    Knowledge of skincare products, cosmetic techniques, and safe handling of beauty equipment.
•    Attention to detail, professional appearance, and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
•    Willing to work on weekends

Hourly Rate: $27 - $35 per hour
Working Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week. Weekend work is required as part of the regular schedule
