Description:


We are looking for multiple experienced plastic technicians who have a good attitude towards work and great references. You will be positioning and securing steel bars and steel mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures. The successful candidate will have at least three year relevant experience.

About you:

The ideal candidate must be able to Sets up, adjusts, repairs and troubleshoots machines which manufacture plastics and other relevant products in the same industry:
-    Carry out scheduled preventative checks and maintenance on plastics manufacturing machinery
-    Identify, diagnose, and repair potential issues before breakdowns occur.
-    Respond when breakdowns occur. Troubleshoot machines
-    Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
-    Support production by responding to urgent maintenance needs when required.
-    Assist in developing and improving preventative maintenance programs.
-    Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate will also have:
- Two contactable references
- A valid driver license.
- Able to pass a police check and drug test

About the role:

  • Permanent Role, Minimum 30 hours per week, up to 70 hours per week
  • Hourly wage ranging from $27.50 - $35.00
  • Monday to Friday, with extra shifts available on weekend
