Property Plus International Company Limited is now recruiting a Carpenter to join our team and work together to advance various property-related construction and renovation projects.

Job Requirements

With at least 2 years of carpentry experience, you should master core skills (wood cutting, sanding, joining, installation), read construction/carpentry drawings, have good physical fitness for on-site work, strong safety awareness (no major accident records), a valid driver’s license for commuting between Auckland sites, and the ability to communicate in teams and independently inspect quality and handle defects.

Daily Job Responsibilities

You will process wood to make door/window frames, floors, etc., per drawings, assemble and install wood products, inspect materials and conduct post-construction surface treatment, maintain carpentry tools, follow safety rules with protective gear, record construction data, and participate in wooden structure maintenance/renovation with repair plans.

Work Details

  • Location: Travel between project sites in Auckland.

  • Hours: 8-hour shifts; possible overtime. Weekly hours: 30-35.

  • Type: Full-time.

  • Salary: NZ$25 per hour.

  • Commute Requirement: Must reliably commute to Auckland work locations, or plan to relocate to Auckland before starting (mandatory).
