Job Details:

Hourly rate : $30.00 – 31.00 

Working place: Auckland

Working hour per week: 30 - 50

Due to ongoing and upcoming construction projects, our company is seeking several experienced Carpenters to join our team.

The role will include, but not limited to:

• Interpret and follow construction drawings and specifications to determine materials, dimensions, and work methods.

• Cut, shape, and assemble timber and other materials using hand and power tools.

• Construct, install, and secure frameworks, floors, walls, roofs, and other structural components.

• Repair, replace, or adjust existing wooden structures and fittings when required.

• Install exterior and interior cladding, doors, windows, ceilings, and other finishing components.

• Build and dismantle concrete formwork and temporary structures as needed.

• Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

• Perform other reasonable duties as directed by the business owner or site supervisor.

• Other duties may be reasonably required by the business owner or director

Job pre-requisites: 

• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience with verified evidence (experience gained in the same industry could be considered as meeting the requirements for experience)

• Relevant qualifications are preferable but not a must

• Physical fitness and could handle the heavy workload

• Quality workmanship and eye for detail

• Strong dedication to health and workplace safety。

• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with other team members.

• Strong ability to work independently
