What you’ll be doing:

 

 

 

  • Leading and supporting maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and safety


 

 

  • Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance on heavy mining machinery (trucks, dozers, excavators)


 

 

  • Coordinating daily maintenance tasks and communicating with supervisors and planners


 

 

  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

What you’ll need:

 

 

  • Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Heavy Diesel Fitter


 

  • Proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance


 

  • Strong leadership and communication skills


 

  • Fit, reliable, and safety-focused


 

  • Full clean driver’s license


 

  • Valid NZ/AUS Work Rights 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Offer:

 

 

  • 7 days on, 7 days off (12.5-hour shifts, day/night rotation)
