Wenxiang Limited is an Auckland-based construction company. We are looking for two plasterers to join us due to business needs. This is full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week. (Working hour per week: 30 - 50)

Tasks include:

  1. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and applying bonding agents to ensure proper plaster adhesion.

  2. Mix plaster, stucco, or cement to the required consistency using hand or power tools.

  3. Apply plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, or exterior surfaces using trowels, brushes, or spray equipment.

  4. Smooth and level surfaces with hand tools to achieve a uniform and even finish.

  5. Install mesh or lath to reinforce plaster on unstable or uneven surfaces.

  6. Create decorative textures or patterns using special tools or molds for aesthetic finishes.

  7. Apply multiple coats of plaster including scratch, brown, and finish coats as needed.

  8. Sand and polish dried plaster to achieve a smooth, paint-ready surface.

  9. Repair cracks and holes in existing plaster or stucco surfaces.

  10. Clean tools and work areas after completing each job to maintain safety and organization.

Job pre-requisites: 

  • Proven 2 years relevant working experience or more 

  • Relevant qualifications are preferable but not a must

  • Attention to details and a hard-working attitude.

  • physically capable of performing heavy work be able to work overtime 

  • excellent work ethics and great time management passion for the industry.

  • The successful candidate must not have any criminal convictions
