Minimum Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Pay & Benefits: $24-25 per hour (negotiable depending on experience/qualification)

Key Requirements:

3 years of experience and/or Level 4 qualification (or above)

Key Responsibilities of the role: 

·       Care and Production of plants in the Nursery

·       Production of plants to a high standard and specific requirements

·       Grafting of plants and control of manual and automatic watering system

·       Manage applying pesticides to control and prevent environmental plant disorders

·       Keeping records of soil mixtures, plantings, treatments, losses and yields, general plant care and monitoring for irregularities

·       Advising on plant care for local conditions

·       Maintain inventory, ordering materials as required
