Skyline Mobile is seeking a highly organized bookkeeper to support financial part of our company.

The key tasks include: 1. Recording transactions in proper format and accurately categorizing transactions in Xero.

2. Maintaining accounting system and balancing accounts.

3. Preparing invoices to clients.

4. Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing daily inflows and outflows of cash, preparing monthly cash flow reports.

5. Preparing monthly profit reports and other financial reports when requested.

6. Preparing information and documents for the purpose of filing GST-returns.

7. Reconciling accounts against bank statements using Xero.

8. Verifying invoices with records in booking system, identifying and resolving discrepancies with clients and suppliers.

9. Recording losses caused by staff operation errors, and reporting to director.

10. Any other duties the Employer may reasonably require the Employee to perform.

To apply for this role, you need to have:

1. Proven work experience in accounting for three years.

2. A Diploma or above qualification in accounting or financial releted field can replace the work experience requirement.

3. High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

4. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
