Looking for honest, hardworking and productive Store Manager to assist our Liquor
store. This is permanent full time position offering 30-35 hrs per week and requires availaibility
throughout the week including weekend with a hourly rate of $30-35.
Location is Raglan.
Need someone with fluent english and excellent communication skills.
Must have Customer service experience more than 2-3 years.
Some of the key duties for this role includes:
- Select, Recruit, Train and supervise store staff including sales representatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, motivating the team to achieve sale and service goals.
- Ensure excellent shopping and service experience by greeting, assisting and resolving customer enquiries and issues.
- Handle escalated Customer concern or complaints professionally and providing satisfactory resolutions.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and maintaining records.
- Provide advice to customers , guiding them on products and services offered.
- Achieve store sales target by monitoring and optimising sales performance.
- Set competitive pricing strategies in line with company goals to drive revenue growth.
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase sale.
- Analyse market trends to adjust marketing efforts and stay competitive.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely product availability.
- Manage budgets, oversee inventory management including stock ordering.
- Ensure accurate management of inventory, including conducting regular stock checks, managing and monitoring product displays.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- At least more than 2 years of customer handling work experience or level 7 qualification is required.
