Pool Plasterer/Labourer

The Labour Supply Co is looking for an experienced Pool Plasterer / Labourer to join our client’s pool construction team.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in detail, enjoys hands-on work, and has experience with plaster mixing, colour matching, and finishing to a high standard.

🔧 About the Role:

You’ll be working across residential and commercial pool projects, helping to prepare and finish pool interiors.
Your day-to-day work will include:

• Mixing and applying pool plaster materials and colours (e.g. white, blue, grey finishes)

• Ensuring colour consistency and a smooth, even finish

• Preparing and cleaning pool surfaces before plastering

• Assisting with general labouring and site setup/cleanup

• Working closely with a small, skilled team to deliver high-quality results

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in pool plastering, decorative concrete, or exterior plastering

• Strong understanding of mixing ratios, pigments, and finish quality

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

• Good teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail

• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
