Pay Rate: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)

About The Role

An exciting opportunity awaits an outstanding Spa Therapist to join the team at the beautiful La Spa Naturale by the seaside.

We are looking for a passionate and customer focused therapist who is willing to exceed guest’s expectations with memorable spa treatments and service.

Responsibilities

·       Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends and public holidays

·       Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, spray tan, and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner

·       Deliver a high level of service to all guests

·       Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products

·       Suggest and promote retail products or additional services

·       Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations

·       Apply best practices and keep up to date with market trends

·       Answer telephone calls, reply to emails, book appointments for clients

·       Update treatments for clients and enter in Kitomba

About you

·       Spa Therapist relevant qualification OR

·       2 years proven work experience as a Spa therapist

·       Passionate about Spa and Luxury Treatments

·       Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies

·       Experience in sales will be considered an asset

·       Excellent knowledge of English language

·       Communication and customer service skills

·       Demonstrated team player with strong communication skills

·       Positive attitude

·       User level computer skills

·       Must be keen to work on 7 day flexible roster shifts
