BlackBull Markets is looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, client behaviour analysis, and brand growth strategies within a financial services or trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and manage advertising campaigns that align with organisational 
    sales and marketing objectives.
  • Advise executives on effective advertising strategies to target key audiences and 
    achieve business goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production of marketing campaigns, including artwork, 
    copywriting, media scripting, video production, and media placement, ensuring 
    delivery within time and budget constraints.
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Meta, 
    AdRoll, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Analyse client behaviour, trading activity, and market trends using analytics 
    platforms such as GA4 and Microsoft Claity.
  •  Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive business growth and capture 
    new market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to assess client needs and identify potential opportunities.
  • Provide strategic advice on all aspects of the marketing mix, ensuring alignment with 
    corporate objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate international expos, including events in Dubai, to enhance brand presence.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, 
    including the Financial Markets Authority (FMA, New Zealand) and Financial Services 
    Authority (FSA, Seychelles) regulations.
  • Utilise marketing automation and email platforms, including Salesforce, Pardot, 
    Mandrill, Mailchimp, and Litmus, to execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Apply knowledge of trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, 
    TradingView, cTrader, and analytics tools like Datalyst, to support marketing 
    strategies for financial products.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within financial services or trading
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements (FMA NZ, FSA Seychelles) and ability to ensure marketing compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing and trading platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, AdRoll, Salesforce, Pardot, Mandrill, Mailchimp, cTrader, and analytics tools such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Datalyst.
