Customer Service / Internal Sales

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Yard & Customer Service team member to join our busy precast concrete business. This role supports both our office and production teams to ensure everything runs smoothly for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving customers and answering the phone.
• Driving the forklift (must be licensed).
• Loading and unloading customer vehicles and trucks.
• Receiving in goods and putting stock away.
• Preparing jobs for dispatch.
• Completing monthly stocktakes and ordering stock as needed.
• Spraying our logo on finished products.
• Flipping and moving precast products safely.
• Working closely with the office team and learning our product range.

• Health & safety conscious and careful in the yard.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Willing to learn our products and systems.
• Forklift licensed (essential).

What we offer:

• $28 – $32 per hour (depending on experience).
• Full-time, permanent role Monday – Friday, 7am–4pm.
