MFOUR GLOBAL TRADE LIMITED, trading as XGIMI New Zealand, is a key player for the XGIMI brand in New Zealand, specializing in the retail of smart projection devices and related products. As our business expands, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team.

Main duties of this role:

l Train, and manage a high-performing customer service team.

l Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team members deliver outstanding service.

l Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and product support requests via multiple channels (phone, email), ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

l Continuously evaluate and improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

l  Implement best practices for issue resolution and customer communication;

l Foster strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing their needs and concerns;

l Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of products purchased, and modify and improve services provided;

l Maintain in-depth knowledge of XGIMI projection products and related technologies to provide accurate and helpful support to customers and the team.

 

Pay rate: minimum $ 30.00/hour-maximum $ 35.00/hour

Guaranteed hours of work per week: minimum 30 hours

Requirements for the job:

· Hold a NZQF Diploma qualification, or have at least two years of relevant work experience

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Be available for full-time employment

· No criminal record

·       Be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
